CustomerHi, I'd like to book a holiday for my family.
AgentCertainly. What type of holiday are you looking for? A beach holiday, perhaps?
CustomerActually, we prefer something more active. We're thinking of a city break, but my kids really want to try skiing, so we'll go for a skiing holiday this time.
AgentGreat choice. And where would you like to go?
CustomerWe were considering Italy at first, but we finally decided on Austria. The reviews look better.
AgentAustria is wonderful for skiing. Now, what kind of accommodation would you prefer? We have hotels, or we can book you into a B&B if you'd like something more homely.
CustomerA B&B sounds perfect. Much more comfortable for the kids.
AgentExcellent. How many nights will you be staying?
CustomerWe were thinking five nights initially, but we can only take four nights off work.
AgentNo problem. Now, do you have any special requests?
CustomerYes, could we have a room with central heating? It gets quite cold there.
AgentOf course. All our B&Bs have central heating, so I'll just note down you'd like a room with heating. Anything else?

6. Cách nghe bài này
Trước khi nghe (30s)Đọc tiêu đề form: Holiday Booking → chủ đề đặt kỳ nghỉ. Gạch keyword: type, destination, accommodation, number, special request, pick up. Đoán loại từ: câu 1, 2, 3 là danh từ; câu 4 là số; câu 5, 6 là danh từ.
Trong khi ngheNghe thấy type of holiday → câu 1 sắp tới. Nghe city break chưa vội viết, chờ xem khách chọn gì → khách nói skiing. Viết xong gạch câu 1, chuyển xuống câu 2. Cứ thế theo thứ tự form từ trên xuống.
Sau khi nghe (2 phút)Kiểm tra chính tả: skiing, Austria, B&B, heating, luggage. Đếm số từ: câu 5 chỉ ghi heating thôi, không ghi central heating.
