Bạn mới bắt đầu học IELTS Reading? Đừng lo, bài này dành cho bạn. Chúng ta sẽ cùng làm một đoạn văn ngắn về môi trường – chủ đề rất hay ra thi. Mục tiêu là làm quen với dạng câu hỏi True/False/Not Given (TFNG) và Multiple Choice (MCQ) ở band 4-5. Không cần biết nhiều từ vựng, chỉ cần hiểu cách tìm thông tin là được.

Nội dung chính

1. Đoạn văn mẫu (300 từ)

Đọc đoạn văn sau:

"The environment is very important for our life. Many people throw rubbish on the street. This makes the city dirty. Some countries have a rule: you must put rubbish in the bin. If you do not, you pay money. For example, in Singapore, people can get a fine of $1000 for throwing rubbish. Recycling is also a good way to help the environment. You can recycle paper, plastic, and glass. In Japan, people separate their rubbish into different bins. One bin for paper, one for plastic, and one for glass. This helps to make new things from old rubbish. However, not all countries do this. In some places, people burn rubbish. This is bad for the air. The smoke can make people sick. So, we need to be careful."

2. Câu hỏi TFNG (True/False/Not Given)

• True: Thông tin trong bài nói đúng.
• False: Thông tin trong bài nói sai.
• Not Given: Thông tin không có trong bài.

Ví dụ:

• Câu: "In Singapore, people pay $1000 for throwing rubbish." → True (bài nói "people can get a fine of $1000").
• Câu: "All countries recycle rubbish." → False (bài nói "not all countries do this").
• Câu: "Burning rubbish is good for health." → False (bài nói "bad for the air" và "make people sick").
