CustomerHi, I'd like to book a tour for this Saturday, please.
ReceptionistCertainly. How many people will be coming?
CustomerWell, there'll be five of us in total, but only three are adults. The other two are children.
ReceptionistRight, so three adults. Now, we have tours starting at ten o'clock, quarter past eleven, and half past one. Which time would suit you?
CustomerUm, the morning's better for us. But ten's a bit too early. Can we do the quarter past eleven one?
ReceptionistOf course. Now, the adult ticket is normally fifteen pounds, but we have a special offer this month, so it's twelve pounds per adult.
CustomerOh, that's good value for money. And what about the deposit?
ReceptionistWe ask for twenty-five per cent of the total amount. So for three adults at twelve pounds each, that's thirty-six pounds total, and the deposit works out to nine pounds.
CustomerRight, nine pounds. Got it. And do you offer any student discount?
ReceptionistYes, students get fifteen per cent off, but that's only during term time. In the holidays it's ten per cent.
CustomerOkay, ten per cent. One more thing — can we hire audio guides?
ReceptionistAbsolutely. The charge is three pounds fifty for the first hour, then two pounds fifty for each additional hour.
CustomerSo two fifty per hour after the first one?
ReceptionistThat's correct.
CustomerPerfect. I'll book that then.

6. Cách nghe bài này
- Đọc form 30 giâyQuét qua 6 chỗ trống: câu 1 cần số (adults), câu 2 cần giờ (time), câu 3 và 4 cần giá tiền (pounds), câu 5 cần phần trăm (percentage), câu 6 cũng giá tiền (rental).
- Nghe và ghi nhápNghe từng câu, gạch chữ số nghe được. Nếu người nói sửa lại (five → three, fifteen → twelve), gạch bỏ số cũ, ghi số mới.
- Check word limitĐề ghi NO MORE THAN ONE WORD AND/OR A NUMBER, nghĩa là tối đa một từ hoặc một số. Câu 2 phải viết bằng số: 11.15 hoặc 11:15, KHÔNG viết quarter past eleven vì đó là ba từ, vượt word limit. Câu 5 chỉ viết số 10, không viết per cent (đề đã in % sẵn).
