GuideGood morning, everyone. Welcome to Riverside Shopping Centre. I'm going to show you round the ground floor today so you know where everything is.
GuideRight, we're standing at the main entrance now. If you look straight ahead, you'll see the main plaza – that's the big open area in the centre. To your left is the car park, and over on your right is the bus stop, so both are really convenient.
GuideNow, let's walk in. Just beside the entrance on your left – that's location A – you'll find the bookshop. It's a nice quiet place if you want to browse. Next to the bookshop is a small café where you can grab a coffee.
GuideIf you walk straight past the information desk and turn right, location B is our toy store. Kids love it. We used to have a sports shop there, but it moved upstairs last month.
GuideOn the left side of the building – location C – we have the clothes shop. It's quite a large store with a good variety of styles, though some people find it a bit crowded at weekends.
GuideOpposite the clothes shop, on the other side past the lift, is location D. That's our electronics store. You can find phones, laptops, and all that. The pharmacy is just beyond the electronics store, near the cinema entrance.
GuideNow, if you head towards the back of the centre, next to the toilets you'll see location E – that's the gift shop. Perfect if you need a birthday present in a hurry.
GuideLocation F, right in front of the gift shop, is the beauty salon. It used to be called 'Glamour Studio' but they've just rebranded to 'Fresh Look'.
GuideAt the far end on the left – location G – we've got the supermarket. It's open late, until 10 pm, which is handy. And finally, location H on your far right as you go towards the back is the bank. The post office is actually upstairs, not down here.
GuideRight, that's the ground floor. Any questions before we head upstairs?
