Quy tắc note: Chỉ viết keyword, không viết câu. Nếu bạn viết "I admire my mother because…" → bạn sẽ đọc note thay vì nói tự nhiên = mất band Pronunciation/Fluency.

Sample full — "Describe a person you admire"

P (15s): "I'd like to talk about my mother, who I've always deeply admired since childhood. She's in her late fifties now, working as a primary school teacher in my hometown."

E1 — Event (40s): "One particular incident that comes to mind happened when I was about 12. My grandmother was hospitalised for several months due to a stroke, and my mother singlehandedly took care of her — driving to the hospital after work every single day, often staying overnight, while still managing her teaching responsibilities. Despite being exhausted, she never once complained."

E2 — Explanation (25s): "What I admire most about her is her selflessness. She always puts others' needs before her own, whether it's family, students, or even strangers. She has this remarkable ability to remain calm under pressure, which is something I'm still trying to learn."

E3 — Emotion (15s): "Watching her during that period was incredibly inspiring — and honestly, a bit humbling. I felt deeply grateful for everything she had sacrificed for our family."

L — Link (15s): "Her values have profoundly shaped who I am today. Whenever I face a difficult choice, I find myself asking 'what would my mother do?' — and that usually points me in the right direction."
