Many employees are expected to stay late, answer work messages at night and work at weekends without any extra pay. Some people think this unpaid overtime is a normal price for career success, while others believe it is unfair and harmful to workers.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
