Many companies still have few women in senior leadership. Some people believe that large companies should be required by law to reserve a set number of seats on their boards of directors for women, while others believe that board members should be chosen only on merit.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
