Some people believe that during a pandemic, governments should have the power to impose strict measures such as lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations to protect public health, even if these measures restrict individual freedom. Others argue that individual freedom should not be compromised, and people should have the right to make their own choices. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
