The maps below show the changes that have taken place in a coastal town called Seaville over a 30-year period from 1990 to 2020.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
(In the absence of an image, the maps indicate that in 1990, Seaville had a small fishing port, a few houses along the coast, a single road, and a large area of forest. By 2020, the port had become a marina for yachts, the houses had been replaced by a hotel and apartments, the road had been expanded into a dual carriageway, and the forest had been cleared for a golf course and a shopping centre.)
