Some people believe that democratic institutions, such as parliaments and elections, are no longer suitable for governing in the digital age because they are too slow and unresponsive to modern challenges. Others argue that democracy remains the best system, and digital tools can actually strengthen it. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
